Traci works full-time in the ECE Department and is responsible for the financial management, general administration and operation of Dr. Gole's NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Power Systems Simulation and the Power Systems Research Group.

Erwin worked full-time with the Power Systems Research Group as the technician responsible for all computing and laboratory facilities. He actively participated in graduate research projects involving hardware design and testing. He is a senior member of the IEEE and serves on several IEEE working group committees.
