Part 1 Report Template

Create a folder called AgroTransLab to contain all files related to
this lab eg. you might call it "AgroTransLab". Save a copy of
the Lab Report Template file to this folder. This file will be used
to record weekly observations, as described in the report template.

PART 2 (10 points) GUS assay
Lab

Record your results in the GUSAssayWorksheet.xlsx,
which also has blanks for filling in information that cannot be done
in advance.

Hints:
- The names of each file submitted should indicate which
part it is (1.1 or 2).
- Edit your images using any drawing program you wish eg.
LibreOffice Draw, MS-Office Powerpoint.
- Feel free to zoom or crop the image to make it fit easily in
your report
- Indicate significant features using labels, circles, boxes,
brackets, arrows, or whatever makes it clear which cell you are
referring to.
- Save your final image in PNG or JPG format. Then, insert your
image into the report under the appropriate subheading.
- It is NOT acceptable to upload your each image to UMLearn as a
separate file. Images must be inserted into the three report
documents.
Submitting your assignment
- Make sure your report includes your name, student number and
UM email address.
- This file contains places for pasting in data, as part of your
report. It is NOT acceptable to upload your data as separate
files. They must be inserted into the report to create a single
document.
- The following documents must be uploaded to the PLNt2530
UMLearn dropbox for AgrobacteriumTransformation
- Parts 1.1 and 2 reports as separate PDF files
(.doc, .docx, .rtf, .odt) are NOT acceptable
- Your GUS worksheet file (.xlsx or .ods format)
